Matthew Struble has tried approximately forty such cases and Christine Dies has tried approximately a dozen such cases. In this case, Defendant claimed the damages were below the deductible and issued no payment. Struble, P.A. represented Plaintiffs on a contingency basis and recovered $130,772 above the deductible for contractual damages and an additional $35,000 for extra-contractual damages. Co-Counsel on Lightning Strike Claim 

StrubleCohen was brought in as co-counsel after years of litigation on a lightning strike claim. Defendant denied the claim, made no offers, and asserted fraud as one of many defenses. Shortly before trial a  settlement was obtained for $275,000.

Co-Counsel on Hurricane Claim 

StrubleCohen was brought in as co-counsel after years of litigation on a Hurricane Irma Claim. Defendant denied the claim and made a top offer of $50,000. Shortly before trial the case settled for $470,000.

Co-Counsel on Hurricane Claim  

StrubleCohen was brought in as co-counsel after years of litigation on a Hurricane Irma Claim. Defendant denied the claim and made a top offer of $1,000.  Shortly before trial the case settled for $112,500.
