Originally from New Jersey, where she developed a fondness for its iconic bagels, Gisel attended Rutgers University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Employment Relations with minors in Political Science and Human Resource Management. In 2020, she relocated to Florida to pursue her Juris Doctor at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, Gisel gained valuable experience working as a paralegal. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, she practiced in bankruptcy and debt defense before shifting her focus in late 2024 to join Struble Cohen, where she now specializes in first-party property insurance law.
